Anadama bread -- it's made mostly of molasses and corn meal. It comes from "Anna, damn her! " -- because a man got sick of his wife's same old dinner each night and tried to turn it into something different.

Had been googling all afternoon, most of the history of bread has been 'boring'. Keep the ideas coming in! The person checking my report is a great Konditormeister and there isn't much he doesn't know about breads hence Im trying to throw him a curveball.

The last person that did that wrote about an obscure bread from the Baltic Ocean region.
