this is called american brownie I hope it helps... . It is divine! 250g butter1/2 cup of cocoa1&1/2 cups sugar 4 eggs 1 cup flour 1 teaspoon baking powder and 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence melt butter in a saucepan large enough to mix all ingrediants, mix in cocoa remove from the heat and stir in the sugar. Add eggs and beat well using a wooden spoon. Siftnflour and bp into the mixture add vanilla essence and mix to combine pour into a 20x30 cm sponge roll tin bake @ 180 degrees celcuis for 20-30 mins or untill brownie springs back when lightly touched. ice when cool
