What about fish cakes? Just blitz the fish in the blender with some parsley or coriander, some sweet chilli sauce, salt, pepper and whateved else you fancy. If it's a bit dry, mix in a beaten egg. Then shape it into ballls, flatten and fry in shallow oil.

I microwave sole or flounder to go with a salad, these days. Trim the fish so it fits onto a plate, cover with baking paper and microwave. A nice wedge of lemon, or lime. nothing else. enjoy. A salad is served on another, plate.

Any fish will go nicely with salad - tonight I will have fish and salsa and salad. Fry it or steam it or put it on some veges - its all good :)

Cool, thanks Sarah. Maybe shrnaig some of his vegetarian tips could be a possible future video I usually substitute lentils or soy or even eggs (I'm not vegan) for chicken or any meat, but hearing what Stephen has to say would be great!
