Shrewsbury Biscuits- with lemon rind????

Does anybody have this recipe? ? Its a basic biscuit recipe witht he addition of lemon rind and when cooked you make a small indent in the top and fill with jam. TIA

"shrewsbury biscuits
125 grams butter, 1/2 cuop sugar, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon lemon zest, 2 cups plain flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, ra sppberry jam. Preheat oven to 180Oc Cream buttter and sugar till light and fluffy, add egg, and lemon zest, beat well, sift flour and baking powder, mix into creamed mixture, knead well roll out 4mm thickness, cut into rounds, cut hole in half of the biscuits, place on oven tray bake 10-15 minutes, when cold spread whole biscuit with jam and top with biscuit with hole in them posted by bunny51":-))

125gm butter
1/2 c of sugar
1 egg
1 tbsp of grated lemon rind
2 c of plain flour
1 tsp of baking powder
jam

cream butter and sugar, add egg and rind - beat well
sift flour and b. p together then add to creamed mixture. Knead well. on a lightly floured board roll to 4mm thickness and then cut 7cm rounds using cutter. in half of the biscuits make a small hole. bake at 180 for 10 to 15 mins. when cold sandwich two together using jam with the holed biscuit on the top.
