Is there anything I can use/add to save a huge pot of bacon hock soup that has a burnt taste? Thanks.

I'm sorry spring. My MIL burnt everything and for my husband's birthday after we were married he asked if I'd cook a special meal of burnt sausages.
Maybe they'll actually like the taste. My DH still purposely burns his toast if he is in charge of the toaster.
