Butter Chicken Question

pattym1, Jul 5, 1:20am
I have chicken marinating in the fridge at the moment in yoghurt and tomatoes with spices, almonds etc in the mix. Could I throw that mix in to the slow cooker now and have it done in time for dinner around 5. 30 does anyone know?

Does the chicken have the bone in, or is it boneless pieces?

pattym1, Jul 5, 1:23am
its boneless breast.

i was just thinking about doing that but was wondering if i should stop being so lazy and just cook it as i was going to - frying the meat and putting it in the oven

You could do - it would take much longer though (like 4 hours) than if you would just stir-fry it for 15 minutes.

Yes you can, I did this at the weekend for a family dinner It was quick and easy to prepare then into crockpot and forget about it, no last minute cooking.
