Has anyone got a good beef stir fry recipe (preferably using Udon noodles). I am also a uni student flatting, so cheap ingredients would be ideal! TIA

Brown off your beef, remove, stir fry your choice of veges (I use onions, carrots, mini corn, zuchinni - but you can use anything you like or just whats in the fridge) until at level of cooking you like with a little bit of oil, add noodles, small amount of water and some soya sauce or one of those wok sauce packets, cover and simmer for a couple of mins, re add meat and stir through.
