I use a banana cake mixture, and make mine in a muffin maker in cup cakes. You can HAND stir chocolate chips in after - depending how many choc chips you like in them. Put in food processor: 1 and a half cups flour 1 cup sugar (I use raw) 1 teas baking powder or raising powder 1 teas baking soda pinch salt 1 teas pure vanilla 1 egg a third of a cup of extra light olive oil 3 ripe bananas 3 Tablespoons of milk (or a little more to make mixture not to stiff if necessary)
Just make these with a little chocolate icing on top for our eight year old's birthday party - and they were gone very quickly. All the best!
