Has anyone ever done this? I have been given some Maggi slowcooker sachets of honey pork chops, but I dont have any chops in the freezer. Could I use them with a roast?

Can't see why not. The crockpot is a lovely way to cook pork, we've done it several times. Let us know what the roast turns out like.
