Melt caramello choc with a bit of cream and butter let it cool down then spread

Ganache.
200g dark choco (melted), add 1/2 cup cream (brought to boil). Pour on cake from outside edge inwards.

1 cup of melted chocolate and about 1/2 cup sour cream mixed together. Great icing or as a sauce when runny.
