Jo Seagar's Chocolate Chunk Oat Biscuits

Makes 24 large biscuits

250 gms butter, softened
3 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
3/4 cup sugar
1 and 1/2 cups flour
1 and 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 teaspoon baking powder
200 gms dark chocolate, roughly chopped, or large chocolate buttons

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Line two baking trays with non-stick baking paper.

2. Beat butter, condensed milk and sugar together.

3. Add flour, rolled oats, baking powder and chocolate chunks.

4. Flatten spoonfuls on the prepared oven trays and cook for 15 -20 minutes until golden brown.

5. Cool on a wire rack and store in an air tight container.

Found this one from Bake
Alysons Goffton toll house cookies

Ingredients
175 grams butter
¾ cup brown sugar
¾ cup caster sugar
2 eggs
2¼ cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 cups chocolate chips

Method
1. Beat the butter and sugars together until light and creamy.
2. Add the eggs one at a time beating well after each addition.
3. Sift the flour and baking powder evenly over the creamed mixture. Sprinkle over the chocolate chips and fold together.
4. Place heaped tablespoonfuls of mixture onto a greased baking tray, leaving room for the biscuits to spread.
5. Bake at 180ºC for 20 minutes or until the biscuits are beginning to lightly brown and are firm to the touch. Transfer to a cake rack to cool. Store in an airtight container.

If you google best ever choc chip cookie recipe theres one there that has loads of choc drops and uses brown and white sugar and you refridgerate the mix before baking it. I have it saved to favourites but logged under other user sorry. Its sooooo good if you like the gooey/chewy sort of undercooked cookies rather than crispy ones :)

its all in the chocolate, i never use choco chips it has to be whitakers dark choco for me, by bickies ave divine and very morrish.
