Marshmallow slice.

So I have just discovered to my horror that marshmallow slice doesn't include the cute wee white and pink marshmallows I've got a packet of. Do you think I could melt them down and use them anyway? If not, does anyone have a suggestion for a nice slice using store bought marshmallows (apart from rocky road)? Cheers.

Think they'd go sticky if ou try & melt them & would be hard to spread or use as topping.

Yeah, figured that. May just have to resort to making my own. Gasp.

Why dont you make rocky road out of them.

use them in an unbaked biscuit slice, and ice it with choc icing, or you can put a layer of caramelon top to the biscuit slice and then choc icing, sprinkle some of the marshmallows onto the caramel.

Make fudgecake mixture and roll into balls, poke a marshmallow into the centre and roll in coconut.

packet of biscuits crushed, add about 100gms melted butter 1 egg (optional) mix till wet and can be pressed till firm... If not, add more butter.
