Japanese Salad Dressing

nikki1305, May 26, 3:15am
Whenever I eat at a Japanese restaurant my meal always comes with a small side salad made generally of cabbage and carrot and has the yummiest salad dressing on it.

Does anyone know how to make this? The best one I have had is from Moto in Parnell.
