make a lot less than they promise? Especially things like biscuits. Even following the recipe to the letter, cutting to the size stated, I always seem to get a lot less than the recipe states. It makes me wonder if anyone has actually made these recipes before?

I quite often find that with main courses, although that could be because we are greedy.
I always wonder why they never look like the photo in the recipe book as well!
