Hi guy,

hoping you could help? I'm going away on holiday in 2 weeks and I need to take some snacks with me, have you got any suggestion that will handle being in a luggage bag etc? thanks

Allurs, will the snacks get to see the fridge at all and are there going to be any issues with customs? If not suggest:

- Small cans tuna (check carb counts on flavoured ones)
- Bag up almonds & macadamia nuts into little plastic bags
- Beef jerky (check carb counts)
- Any other dried cured vacuum sealed meats not requiring the fridge
- Cheeses (those Baby-bel ones are expensive but handy)
- Boiled eggs (eat sooner than later though! )
- Protein cookies

I always take the little salami sticks and cheese wedges with me everywhere I go.
