Had this at a BBQ but don't know what the dressing was... sour cream, yoghurt, mayo? ?

Not a mayo/yoghurt one, but refreshing:
BEETROOT & ORANGE SALAD
1 & 1/2 cups raw grated beetroot
2 Tbsp salad oil
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 tsp salt

Grate the beetroot very finely. Blend oil, juice & salt and mix with it. Chill thoroughly.
