I have mislaid my Jo Seagar Cooks (actually lent it to a friend who has misplaced it). If anyone has this recipe would appreciate it. TIA

I found this on google - off the menu at her restaurant.
Crispy fried bacon, garlic, potatoes & onions with parmesan & parsley & optional black pudding (GF). Doesn't look too challenging, but sounds great!

I had this at Jo Seagers restaurant at Oxford a couple of weeks ago - beautiful! ! i hadnt had a black pudding in years yummy stuff we used to have when i was a kid.
Since the public registrations are closed, you must have an invite from a current member to be able to register and post in this thread.
