i used to make a nice yummy 1 back in the day to put on chocolate cake - it had cocoa powder, icing sugar, a bit of butter & sour cream but ive lost the recipe. Anyone care to share their fave? I know its the easiest thing to make hahah but im not exactly the worlds greatest cook/baker... thanks in advance.

Hi Tweek. i think the recipe is on the sour cream container? Generally, I use one tub of sour cream and then add the other ingredients you listed "to taste". Otherwise... google... Good luck.

tweek, another suggestion is to try a search here on this Trademe MB using 'chocolate icing' as the Keywords and 'Anytime' as the Date posted option - there has been a number of requests/threads on this topic over the past few months and you should find the recipe you're wanting on one of those earlier threads. :-))
