Sauce suggestions for bacon and capsicum sacchetti

I'd have sauteed some onion and garlic, added some fresh herbs, then the cream and reduced it a bit. Remove from heat and add stuffloads of parmesan. pour over sacchetti and throw on some more parmesan and fresh basil.
Mmmm, parmesan and cream sauce.
