I usually just fry off some finely sliced chicken with some grated carrot and zuchinni, chuck in some vermicelli (that has been soaked in cold water) and half a jar of hoi-sin sauce (or some sweet soy/teriyaki if you prefer). Really simple and really tasty. You've just reminded me I have some wrappers in the freezer too.
