Years ago I made a recipe that I think was called Monday night casserole. I was collecting recipes on cards. It had mince, mushrooms made into a sausage shape them stuffed with a bit of blue cheese then wrapped in bacon. Cant remember all the ingredients. Just putting it out here in case someone has an amazing memory! lol
