I use mine only to make a meal replacement. I use protein milk, 5 ice cubes, half a banana and 3 soup spoons of Red 8 Vanilla whey protein powder. Its the nicest one i've ever tried. Really enjoy it.

1 Granny smith apple, 2 small carrots, piece lime, piece ginger, dessertspoon honey, top up with water.
2. Citrus. orange lime lemon kiwi fruit apple mango honey.
3.Spinach, orange, lemon ginger apple celery honey.
4 Apple, granny smith apples, tamerillo, carrots.
5 Frozen banana, hand full berries, piece apple or lemon or lime, topped up with coconut water. ( This one the All blacks Nutritionist makes for the team and its yummy )
I like a spoon of honey in with citrus or greens, takes away the bitterness for me.
Buy mangos citrus fruits etc on special, cut into slices free flow in freezer over night and put into bags, use what you want daily as they can be expensive at times.
