Want to use up the pineapple and thought it could go with the chicken... any ideas? For dinner.

cook the chicken and have the pineapple over ice cream for dessert:}

Put pineapple juice made up to 1 cup with water, pkt of maggi creme of chicken soup powder, good squirt of soy sauce. Squish together to mix. Add chicken and pineapple peices. Tie bag loosely at top to breathe and cook 180 C for an hour turning once after 30mins.

Hope you got that I meant mix together in an oven bag doh! ! Pity about no Maggi, put it on the shopping list and give it a try. Serve with rice and green veges.

Yes, about a teaspoon and a tablespoon of flour will help thicken the juices that will form in the bag - yummmmm
