Chicken Tagine with Olives and Preserved Lemon.

Made this last night and found it didn't excite me enough to put on the 'wow, I can't wait to make that again' list. Maybe, I did something wrong apart from cooking slowly in the oven in a covered casserole instead of using a tagine. It was nice enough, just not exciting.
