Hi all, Well don't I feel dumb! We've bought a half cob ham and as is usual with NZ food there's no instructions on how to cook the thing. What will be the cooking time in the oven for a 5.252KG pre-cooked half cob and what gas mark please?

What mouse said but you can glaze it and put it in the oven long enough to cook the glaze - that’s what I usually do - just brushing it with apricot jam for example will do the trick
