I’ve been given 4 large pumpkins - the grey skinned ones - what’s the best way to store them? Will they be ok off the ground in the shed for a couple of weeks?
Cool dark dry place is the best. I've kept pumpkins in our garage for almost a year with no problems. Just make sure they have no damage (as they will rot) And sure there is no mice ect able to access them.

They still go woody after a while.
