Crockpot self saucing pudding anyone made this

want to know if we make it today, once its done could we transport it from auckland to warkwork (going there for mothers day dinner) or will it ruin with no power keeping it warm? ?

My guess is that it should stay warm enough... wrap it in blanket or towel to help keep the warmth in.
I often transport my choc self saucing one that I make in 2. 5 hours in crockpot and its fine, heat stays in for quite awhile

Personally I just don't see the point in cooking something for hours that can be done in 10mins in the microwave. Is it really so much better done that way?

Sorry... just reread your post and it was whether it would ruin or not... . no it won't ruin
