Ones ive done are very marshmallow, crisp outside soft top. My tips,
Dont lift lid to peek while cooking it will collapse. Leave in cooker till completely cold before removing. Make at night remove in morning, works for me and I cant make in my old crockpot dosent get hot enough, whereas my newer searing slow cooker with metal bowl cooks lot hotter and is better.

It was delicious! I cooked a 2 egg pav and added a pinch of crem of tarter to have it bulk up.
