I buy this at the local Bakery, it has a shortcrust style base with the peanuts over the top and held together with a clear toffee , yummy. Has anyone a recipe for this ?

mmm. have bought this too and love it. have to go gently onthe peanuts, as rain says. tooth breaker. but would love a recipe
