I'm going to try something different tonight for tea . Beef chunks, pineapple, red onion, peppers, mushrooms on skewers . What would a nice side dish be that I could have ?

Who's eating? If it's just for the grown-ups you really don't need a whole lot more unless you particularly want it, perhaps another simple steamed green or bit of salad garnish. If there are going to little ones maybe a simple and pretty plain side of rice or boiled, minted tatties served with a slick of butter running over them. Any hungry teens (particularly boys) and you may want to consider a hot loaf or two of garlic bread and a big bowl of couscous as petal has suggested or tabbouleh if you have plenty of mint and parsley available.

Anything really. Sounds just right for the start daylight savings and the lovely weather I hope is being enjoyed by everyone up and down the country today. :)

Just 2 adults and 4 children . I ended up getting rice risotto.
Will marinade the beef and cook on the BBQ
Thanks for your suggestions
