Favourite recipes for trout please

I am wondering also if anyone has favourite bottled trout recipes not just plain, in a curry or a tomato way. Thank you!

Bottled Trout.
Bone and skin fish, 1/2 teaspoon of butter
1 Tablespoon of malt vinegar
1 dessert spoon of tomato sauce
1 teaspoon of plain salt
Screw on top and process.

My daughter has taken to smoking the big rainbows she's been catching and they are so delicious. Much cleaner tasting than shop bought salmon. We use it in kedgeree, fish pie, parsley sauce, on ciabatta toast and soon a seafood chowder. I used to love those fish vol-au-vent in the 80's - wonder if the cases are still available? Now I'm hungry!

I will pass on your recipe to her, fifie, as she had talked about bottling some.
