I am going to make a couscous salad to take to our family lunch tomorrow. I found the recipe on the message boards here, and it has an orange juice and balsamic vinegar dressing. I would just like to know whether I should mix the dressing in today, or whether to mix the dressing in tomorrow before serving? Many thanks for any suggesions :)

Put dressing in a jar and stir through tomorrow for freshness. The vinegar and juice will absorb if added now and may discolour or over power other ingredients. Enjoy your festivities!
