I have read about these wee babes for years and found some at the Thames Farmers Market this weekend so fresh green salsa was made tonight and served with home made chicken schnitzel. Stunning! It's great to see more produce like this becoming available. Fantastic stuff.

Yes I have read about that - and will do this (in a suitably confined space) next Summer. The salsa verde I made was just stunning and so easy. Arriba!
