Hi All, I seem to have misplaced my Recipe. It had coronation milk and icing sugar, marshmallows. You added nuts etc.
Does anyone have this please. ?

bjd7, are you sure that the recipe had "coronation" (Carnation?) milk which here in N.Z, is evaporated milk and IMO very unusual for being in a rocky road recipe although there is a recipe on the following link for a rocky road with Carnation brand milk in it which I believe is actually sweetened condensed milk (e.g. Highlander here in N.Z.) and not the unsweetened evaporated milk which we have here in N.Z. under the Carnation brand.
4oz butter 10oz dark chocolate 3T golden syrup 1pkt wine biscuits crushed 1pkt mini marshmallows 1/2 c peanuts melt butter, chocolate and syrup in heavy base saucepan take out 1/2c of melted mixture fold in biscuits and add marshmallows pour into 9" tray a flatten Pour over extra melted chocolate and smooth the top refrigerate Nigallas recipe

The best recipe for rocky road is to get 3-4 blocks of different flavoured chocolate, melt them and add chopped nuts, eskimos, wine gums, mini marshmallows, anything that you want really. mix them altogether and set in a lined tray

I made a huge batch yesterday 6 ozs kremelta, 7 Heaped Tbsp Full Cream milk powder, 5 heaped Tbsp icing sugar 3 Tsp cocoa, 1pkt pink and white marshmallows (chopped) 1pkt chopped peanuts handful of dessicated coconut (optional) Mix all dry ingredients together melt kremelta and pour over . stir all together . put in tray and into fridge to chill, chop up when set and store in fridge.
Melt the melts via a double boiler Mix through the other ingredients set in a dish lined with baking paper chill approx 2 hours

Melt a block of Whittakers white chocolate. Add about 1/2 - 1 cup peanut butter and a packet of mini marshmallows. Personally I add about a cup of rice bubbles and some chopped peanuts also. Stir together, cool and cut.
