I need it for Friday night, would it be ok to make it on Thursday morning?

Make it Thurs night, leave in oven to cool completely overnight.

If you can only make it Thursday morning, cool it completely in the oven and then store it in an airtight tin in the pantry until time to decorate it.

They freeze really well. I do them well before the time & freeze. Decorate as soon as you take out & eat in 5-10 mins they don't freeze solid

i understood you could make them days in advance and just store in an airtight container at room temp.
