Venison Canapes

I have been asked to serve venison for a canape. I will carpaccio the venison Any ideas about what I can serve in on? Will horseradish be the right flavour to use with it? Help!

Horseradish cream I'd prefer, but then I wouldn't eat it unless I was totally sloshed first. sorry pet!

went to a wedding recently and they served carpaccio venison on small potato rosti. Bite size, very yummy
