Gluten free bread substitute

I found this recipe and tried it yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. I had been buying gluten free bread for my son, it was just okay but this I like better and with it taking so little effort and not having a ingredients I don't like plus it tastes better and could have herbs or spices added for a change.

1/4 cup almond flour/meal
1tbsp melted butter
1egg
Pinch salt
1/8th tsp baking powder

Mix ingredients together until smooth
Spray a small microwaveable bowl or dish with non stick spray
Shape batter into an English muffin shape and place in bowl
Microwave 90 seconds
Turn out and cool then split butter or add filling

Guess that depends on what you cook it in, but ut is tasty and nice texture.
