Wheat Free Cookie Dough is too sticky to work with

I am making Wheat Free Biscuits. The Wheat Free Cookie Dough is too sticky to cut biscuits. I am using Bakels Gluten Free Health Flour (Rice Flour, Soya Flour etc). If I add more flour it just gets stickier? Is there anyway to fix this please?

I have been altering a recipe. Replacing the Wheat Flour with Bakels Gluten Free Health Flour at a rate of 1 to 1.

Try and roll into a log wrap in glad wrap and cool in fridge until it has hardened up then you just need to slice into the biscuit thickness that you want. Hopefully this will work.

Thank you. That is a great idea. Unfortunately, it is just so sticky that you really have trouble trying just get it out of the bowl to wrap up! I have tried two different recipes placing wheat flour with the Bakels with the same results. I. Am. Losing. My. Mind. !
