Hi. I have cheese rolls ordered fo a school fundraiser. would love to know if anyone has done them and how they were packed? So is one dozen just wrapped in glad wrap etc or do I need cardboard on bottom etc. any ideas thanking you!

I'd put a cardboard in, less likely to squash.

Always only ever been wrapped inside plastic see through bags, 1 doz lots, no cardboard necessary. I have bought heaps from different fund raisers, and they are always packed the same way.

It pays to put in plenty of filling and pack them neatly, sealed and ready for the freezer
