Use it like a normal oven, similar recipes that you are use to should be okay, unsure on size though.
Anything further then please be more precise on what you want.

I do most of my cooking in a bench top oven as it has fanbake and only use the big oven when the family are over. I'm making lemon soy chicken for dinner tonight and yesterday I made a fruit loaf. So I use it for pretty much everything.

My benchtop oven runs hotter than my regular oven, so I usually adjust cooking temperatures and times.
