WW Spicy Morrocan Carrot soup recipe wanted

This was out of i think last may's book for mothers day they have a recipe for Morrocan Carrot soup. It had Morrocan spice, carrots, potatoes and red lentils in. Does anyone have this recipe? ? ? I have lent my magazine out to someone who never gave it back! ! ! ! And it is now the weather for this recipe. HELP! ! ! Thanks

Moroccan chicken soup with saffron

The earthy-sweet taste of saffron takes basic chicken soup to a whole new level. It'll satisfy you on a cool day.

Ingredients

1 X 3 second spray Gold 'n' Canola Canola oil spray
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 whole capsicum, (red), deseeded, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
500 g skinless chicken thigh, excess fat trimmed, cut into cubes
1/4 tsp (s) dried saffron
1/2 tsp (s) ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp (s) cumin seed, (ground)
1 tsp (s) chilli sauce
400 g canned tomatoes, chopped
1 whole stock cube, (chicken), dissolved in 1 1/4 cups (300ml) hot water
3/4 cup (s) dry couscous, (large Israeli variety)

Instructions
Spray a medium non-stick saucepan with oil. Place over medium-high heat. Add onion, capsicum and garlic. Cook, stirring for 10 minutes or until tender.

Add chicken and cook for 5 minutes or until brown.

Stir in saffron, cinnamon, cumin, and chilli sauce. Cook for 30 seconds. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Add tomatoes, stock and couscous. Simmer for 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and couscous is tender. Ladle soup into bowls and serve immediately.

Thanks for that but i am soley after the weight watchers one from last years magazine or the year before i cant quite remember.
