Now that Christmas is over and the parties had I've ended up with a selection of different beers (that one bottle left from every other person).
Other than casserole (way too warm for that), beer batter or beer bread, does anyone have any other recipes that include beer? Thanks

If they are not opened yet - they will keep until the next party.
If they are opened you could try making vinegar, otherwise even in hot weather a beer and beef stew with plenty of onions is great in the evening when it cools down. Make it in the crock pot, so no extra heat in the house.
