Thai Roast Vegetable Salad

I bought some Thai Roasted Kumara Salad from the supermarket deli the other day and it's devine. but expensive. Would love to make my own but not sure on how to make a sauce for it. What I do know is that it had carrot, kumara, pineapple and curry in it. Anyone have any idea for me please? Google wasn't very helpful as I need actual measurement and spices.

in my opinion it'll be more about the dressing. Try this: bunch of coriander chopped up, 3 cloves garlic minced, 1 tsp ground turmeric, 1 tsp brown sugar,1 Tbsp fish sauce, finely chopped lemon grass and some vegetable oil. To serve thrown in some home roasted peanuts, slived red chilli, spring onions and fresh coriander.
I also use this for a marinade for chicken drum sticks and it's very delicious!
