Melt some chocolate, add in crushed nuts, coconut, chopped marshmallows, chopped dried apricots, sultanas,red and green glacé cherries or red and green lollies - any or all of the above!

Roughly chopped biscuits are great in it too, can do Super Wines or a chunkier cookie like Farmbakes. If you google it you'll get lots of different varieties and then you can pick and choose - that's what I did last year :) But for 'adult' rocky road you can add craisins, and pistachios (chopped roughly) in dark or white chocolate.

I make White Chocolate Rocky Road I melt block of White Chocolate or Whittakers Raspberry and White Chocolate and then I mix in chopped Eskimos and Marshmallows.Chopped pistachios and Craisins.
