Has anyone a reliable way to make chocolate Icing from real chocolate please? Thought I would ice my Chocolate Birthday cake this way, then top it with mini marshmallows and drizzle chocolate over these . also any ideas how to do a very fine drizzle would be so welcome. Thanks

Chocolate ganache - equal quantities of cream and melted chocolate.

Or to 150 grams chocolate, add melted 70 grams butter. I use this for my Choc mud cake, choc cupcakes etc.
