Chopped tomato, capsicum, cucumber, feta with olive oil and dried dill sprinkled in. Yummmm!

I had a salad and added some left over salmon I had cooked last night. Then some strawbs and a dash of cream. Scrummy. Just got back from a walk on the beach, thinking how good it was to be alive. And how it is so easy to take for granted.

So so true. After the news we got today. A great gone at just 40. Makes you appreciate the good things in life. And also an arrest in the George Taiaroa case finally (I know the family) makes you appreciate it all.

Looks great - the typical Greek Salad - if you leave the dill out and add olives you only need some souvlakis and a bit of that lovely Greek bread and you could think you are in Greece.
