Excalibur Dehydrator - Drying Sheets?

I am trying to decide between buying the Premium Non Stick Drying Sheets and the Paraflexx Ultra Silicone Non Stick Drying Sheets. The main item I will be dehydrating is biscuits. I do not have "issues with Teflon".

Has anyone used either or both? Is one product better than the other. i.e. longer lasting, easier to clean? I' be grateful for feedback.

Sorry carter. I'd love to be able to help you with this. I have been toying with buying an Excalibur for a couple of years now but I don't really do enough to justify the cost. They look so much better than my current standard model where large cut items, or smaller items and leathers are impossible.

Has it been as versatile as you hoped.

If no one can tell you why not buy one of each and test for yourself? Teflon shouldn't be an issue at the very low temperatures that dehydrators work at.
