Nadineb - your choc and fruit slice, help please

arrowmax, Nov 9, 2:53am
In the method you mention mix flours (plural), coconut and cocoa, but there is no mention of coconut in the ingredients, and only one type of flour. could you please help? I am also assuming you mix the sugars in with this mix also?

arrowmax, I haven't made nadineb's slice however looking at the method above there is no mention of the sugars so I believe that it should read. Place the sugars, flour. As goes for the coconut, I think the best guide would be the consistency of the mixture. Try mixing it without any coconut and if it was too wet with the listed ingredients then try adding some coconut, noting how much you add so that you would know for another time.

Sorry I can't help you more than that. :-))
