Teriyaki Fish and Mushroom bake

Hi. I have Annabel Langbein's teriyaki sauce recipe and wanting to make the above recipe for Dinner. Have lost my copy. If someone could post it for I would be very grateful TIA Cheers Di

Crumble 2 handfuls dried mushroom into bowl, add 3/4cup boiling water and soak at least 15min. Preheat oven to 200dC Place 6 fillets of white fish or salmon in a single layer in a shallow baking dish and sprinkle with the thinly sliced white parts of 2 spring onions (reserve green parts for garnish) add 1/2 to one finely chopped red chilli (opt) Add 1/2cup teriyaki sauce to the soaking mushrooms, Then stir in 2 Tblsp cornflour. Pour over fish, season with pepper, and bake until cooked through (about 20 mins depending on size of fish) To serve, sprinkle with 2 Tbsp black sesame seeds and fine shredded spring onion. Serves 6
