Hi I had a delicious Asian slaw salad today, and the dressing tasted a bit like lemon and sesame - it was very light, and tasty. Anyone have a good recipe - preferably low fat. I bought a ready made one in the International section of the Pac n save, but not as yummy. thanks
I made a fancy one with honey, peanut butter and sesame oil etc, and didn't like it at all, but I do like this simple one,
2 Tblsp olive oil 2 Tblsp soy sauce 2 Tblsp apple cider vinegar 2 Tblsp caster sugar Combine all of the above into a jar and shake to dissolve

I make a salad dressing similar to post #4 but using sesame oil instead of olive oil and lemon juice instead of vinegar and cut the sugar. Also I add some sesame seeds to finish slaw.
